Those travelling Tuesday night into Wednesday morning should be prepared for potential travel difficulty across much of western Montana and north central Idaho. The combination of snow and mixed precipitation (freezing rain, rain and snow) may create very icy paved surfaces. Be prepared for quickly changing conditions over short distances.
