Spring Clean-up Days on April 17

Missoula County is now accepting pre-applications for Community Development Block Grant funding until June 22. Eligible local organizations can propose housing, infrastructure, planning or economic development projects that benefit low- to moderate-income residents.

The Downtown SAM Project Team will bring a resolution before Missoula’s Public Works and Mobility Committee on June 10 seeking approval for final design and construction phases. Residents are encouraged to submit public comments online or attend in person.

Missoula has finalized its long-anticipated sale of riverfront land at Orange and Front streets for hotel development by Averill Hospitality. Proceeds are set to benefit affordable housing initiatives while supporting broader downtown redevelopment goals.
