(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - The Office of Congressman Ryan Zinke announces the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes (CSKT) as a grant recipient of the Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA) National Significant Federal Lands and Tribal Projects (NSFLTP) program. The CSKT were awarded $30,567,037 to support the rehabilitation of US93 from Dublin Gulch Road to Gunlock Road which includes construction of a multi-span bridge over Ninepipes Reservoir, implementation of traffic safety improvements, development of wildlife collision reduction infrastructure, roadway reconstruction, and development of a shared-use path.
