Nearly 500 students at the University of Montana are listed as degree candidates following the completion of the 2025 summer session. The university has published lists identifying these students, separated by their hometowns for Montana residents and by state or country for out-of-state students. These lists can be found on the UM Dean’s List and Degree Candidates page.

The official conferral of degrees, as well as distinctions such as graduation with honors or high honors, will only occur once students have completed their final term and fulfilled all academic requirements.

Questions regarding graduation can be directed to the UM Registrar’s Office at graduation@umontana.edu.
