The University of Montana Alumni Association is organizing a yoga event at Washington-Grizzly Stadium on Sunday, Aug. 24, from 10 to 11 a.m. The class will be led by registered yoga teacher and UM alum Alley Fontenot and is open to participants of all skill levels.

“Connect with Griz greats, fellow fans and UM alumni during this all-levels-welcome yoga class taught by registered yoga teacher and alum Alley Fontenot.”

Admission includes one post-yoga drink, with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options available. Attendees are required to bring their own mats as they will not be provided. Regular tickets are priced at $15, while students can attend for $10. The event is open to individuals aged 16 and older, and advance registration is encouraged.

After the yoga session, attendees will have a 30-minute exclusive shopping period for early access to a new line of vintage-inspired Griz apparel in retro copper and gold. This collection celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Griz football team’s 1995 national championship.

“Participants also can enjoy one post-yoga drink, either alcoholic or nonalcoholic, with the cost of admission. Mats will not be provided, so please bring your own.”

All members of the public may visit Washington-Grizzly Stadium starting at 11:30 a.m. to shop the new apparel line. Multiple vendors will be set up inside the stadium’s north endzone.

“Attendees also gain an exclusive 30-minute shopping window after the class concludes. Participants will have early access to a brand-new line of vintage-inspired Griz apparel in retro copper and gold celebrating the 30th anniversary of Griz football’s 1995 national championship.”

For more information about the event or apparel launch, contact Leann Layton, UM associate vice president for alumni and community relations, or Dave Kuntz, UM director of strategic communications.
