Hot temperatures will develop Wednesday through Saturday, July 27-30. The heat risk in north-central Idaho is high, meaning the majority of the population is at risk of heat related illness if precautions are not taken, such as proper hydration, taking frequent breaks, and avoiding strenuous activity during heat of the day. 

North-central Idaho highs: 95-106, lows 60s-low 70s. 

Western Montana highs: 90-100, lows 50s-60s.
