Missoula County is seeking proposals for a professionally qualified consultant to develop a new County website to replace the existing site. The site is a vital resource for citizens to engage with the County for services.
The County has selected Umbraco as the CMS provider for this project, so this Request for Proposals (RFP) is focused on the HTML, client-side scripting, and CSS design, as well as the usability and organization of the new website. Vendor experience with Umbraco preferred but not required. Vendor experience with government clients preferred but not required. The contract period will end no later than March 31, 2023.

Proposals will be accepted until 5 p.m. MST on Oct. 24, 2022. Late proposals will not be accepted. The proposals must be emailed to David Wall, Missoula County Auditor, at dwall@missoulacounty.us.
